AGRA 2026 took place from 17 to 21 February 2026 at the International Fair Plovdiv in Bulgaria, bringing together key stakeholders from the agricultural and agri-food sectors. As one of the most significant agricultural exhibitions in Southeast Europe, the event welcomed producers, distributors, institutional representatives, and industry professionals from across the region and beyond.
Within this dynamic environment, the members of the Consortium of Fresh Vegetable Producers proudly represented the European programme “Vegiterraneo”, which focuses on information provision and promotion measures aimed at increasing the consumption of EU vegetables in the EU Internal Market. Located at Pavilion 8-I, Stand 69, the Vegiterraneo space served as a meeting point for visitors interested in learning more about the quality, safety, and sustainability of European vegetable production.
Throughout the five-day exhibition, discussions and networking opportunities highlighted the importance of healthy dietary habits and the added value of EU agricultural standards. Participation in AGRA 2026 further strengthened the visibility of EU vegetables in Bulgaria and reinforced collaboration within the European agri-food community.
