Greek Salad

INGREDIENTS, serves 4-6

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 green pepper
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½onion
  • 50 g olives
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano (optional)
  • 6 tbsp olive oil

METHOD

Wash the vegetables thoroughly.

Cut the tomatoes into slices, the cucumber and peppers into rings.

Cut the onion into very thin slices.

Place all vegetables into a deep salad bowl.

Add vinegar and salt and toss everything together.

Add olives, feta cheese, oregano, and olive oil.

Extra tip: For a richer Mediterranean flavor experience, roast eggplants in the oven with a little olive oil and salt and add to the Greek salad!
